Returns & Replacement Policy

We have a 7 days replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Devicedazzle offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at devicedazzle.info@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. Devicedazzle will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.

We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.

We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.

Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.

Please Note: It's Replacement that means you can replace the product (same product) if there is some issue in product from our side. We do not provide refunds/returns/exchange. We provide only replacement in case of damaged product or if the product received is in unusable condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement. You need to send us a very small video (just 8-10 seconds) on our mail devicedazzle.info@gmail.com demo explaining the issue on why the product delivered is received in unusable condition, and our product verification team will check and approve the request. If your replacement request is accepted, we will reship the product as early as possible!
